Matt & Natalie (along with their two daughters) envision a world where horses transform lives of those that serve and live in our communities.
She has spent much of her working life in business - from administration to accounting, balancing, reconciling and coordinating chaos. In late 2018 their world changed significantly when their eldest daughter was diagnosed with Autism, and it is this that changed her trajectory. Through various programs and connections, the family was guided to EAL and the power of horses.
Fast forward to 2024 when Natalie became a Certified EAL Facilitator through the Equine Connection: Academy of Equine Assisted Learning where her focus is now on helping people through the power of horses.
formerly with the RCMP he is currently serving as a member of the Calgary Police Service (CPS). It is ultimately his policing career that brought into light the unmet needs of our first responders and the need for unbiased, meaningful connections.
